Clean and spacious corner room. The scent in the lobby was amazing. Staff were super helpful, and the walk to the JR station was pleasant. Great breakfast with both Asian and Western options. Easy access to local attractions like gardens and the castle.

I was disappointed with the noise from the crossing signals that started at 7 am and continued until 11 pm, making it impossible to rest properly. The bathroom cleanliness was questionable. I found some previous guests' hairs in the corners and around the sink. Additionally, I found the bed to be hard and the pillows uncomfortable, which added to my discomfort during the stay.

The location is a major plus, just a short 4-minute walk to the train station with plenty of dining options nearby. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a variety of delicious Welsh pastries that were a delightful surprise. However, the room felt slightly cramped, and the noise from nearby traffic was a little disruptive at times, impacting the overall comfort of my stay.
